Terms & conditions

The common-sense terms behind working with Thunderhat.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A deposit may be requested before work begins, with the balance due on launch. Ongoing SEO and care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Content

You confirm you have the rights to any text, images or logos you supply. Thunderhat retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Ongoing work

Websites need updates and care. Unless you're on a care plan, you're responsible for updates after handover — though help is always a message away.
